Throughout my professional and personal endeavors, I’ve rarely started a project knowing all the skills required to bring it to completion. Usually, I’ve started with an idea, and left the rest to “figuring it out”.

That often times meant learning new skills, software, and most importantly, missing the mark. However, the lack of a predefined roadmap is invigorating. When you don’t know what you’re supposed to do, you’re free to imagine what you could do.

That’s the general idea behind Unqualified Innovations.

This isn’t a showcase of process, credentials, or best practices. It’s a record of projects, ideas, failures, and an occasional instance of something that actually works.

Whatever brought you here, I hope you leave believing that anyone can make something great.

Sometimes, being insufficiently trained is exactly what allows you to think differently. And sometimes, the unqualified are the ones who build something worth talking about.
